Changing the world….. just kidding, that is my everyday life. I am networking, learning, innovating, and adapting. Presently, despite the 2020 pandemic crisis, I have been blessed to have the opportunity to help clients succeed by finding creative ways for brands to communicate to their audience, get the desired attention, and engage. Backed by a team of geniuses with the best in class skills and the “deviate” style of thinking, we excel at finding solutions for every opportunity that presents itself regardless of the industry/niche. It is not about the uncontrollable circumstances but rather how you choose to let it affect you.

Over the last four years, my passion for giving back has allowed me to serve as a breast cancer board member, and honored to have the opportunity to touch and make a difference to those in need while going through difficult times.

Before diving into my entrepreneurship journey, between 2007 - 2014, I worked a corporate gig as a Senior Analyst in Sales Operations for Verizon Wireless, the largest and number one Fortune 500 wireless communications company in the US.

I worked closely with channel leads and West Area functional groups to ensure the region-wide focus on loyalty and superior customer experience. I lead the initiatives to improve NPS, CIR, and Churn performance within SoCal, the second-highest revenue-generating region, by generating customer insight through transactional and relationship surveys and field observations performance metrics, plus more.

Other roles included, Customer Service partnership, outsource partnership, regional process improvement planning, trend management, program management, channel engagement, and executive presentations to drive customer experience improvements across channels, provide guidance to the business, and integrate the insight into initiatives.

Before 2007, I worked in banking as a systems administrator and as a young entrepreneur in tech and retail. My passion for technology helped me find ways to build and sell customized computers and accessories at a low cost to businesses across Africa.
